Paul - as I've told many business owners over the years, if it's hard for you to quantify, think how hard it must be for your prospective clients.

It's up to us as service providers to dig deep and really examine the value of the benefits we provide. To the degree we can do that, we capture some of that value for ourselves. To the degree that we cannot, or will not, we are left with inconsistent sales, and low prices.

We've codified an entire process for ROI and Valuation as part of our business acceleration coaching program. Stay tuned for the release of this new program.

Thanks for your efforts but I would like more information. I am aware of the value of quantifying the intangible results of soft skill training . And I'm aware of the need to say how a service favorably impacts a business. I just don't know how to come up with a number. Is there some research out there that you know of that comes up with a specific percentage of sales increase, for instance? Measuring heightened motivation, well-being and communication skill that result in increased productivity and leadership skill is difficult to quantify, to say the least.
